The entire process of finding a psychologist can feel daunting to say the least. I hope I can make your search easier, perhaps even enjoyable. It is possible! Let's celebrate taking this very special time out for you and your family members.

Think of this space as a little oasis,  a private area to breathe in new hope as soon as you walk in. There are no waiting rooms here.

Drawing on twenty years of Business experience, life lived and ten years of psychology practice I find myself drawn to connect with people on a deeper level. I work to create space for those in their journey with bereavement, loss, family struggles, career decisions, anxiety or depression. Through Couples Therapy and Family Therapy I help guide participants into revelations of their own unique strengths and skills. Whether you are struggling or simply looking to thrive, let your own journey start now.

Send me a WhatsApp and we can chat to see if my services are right for you and you are happy with what I can offer.

I look forward to meeting you.

Experience

Barbadian Counselling Psychologist

I am a dedicated multicultural counselling psychologist with ten years experience in a range of different environments. I have worked in diverse populations with a myriad of personalities, genders, income status and sexual orientations and have extensive experience in trauma counseling, couples therapy and with survivors of all kinds of abuse.

I have provided long-term therapy in all kinds of family counselling to a range of corporate clients including  executive management, general workers, nurses and civil servants among others. I am sensitive but kind and authentic in my approach with clear boundaries.

My private practice now allows the facilitation of online support bringing flexibility to my clients including couples, survivors of violence and those struggling with addiction, depression and anxiety. This is important as we navigate the many changes in our world today, especially within the context of the current COVID-19 Pandemic. I am a member of the Paramedical Association and the Barbados Society of Psychology.
